Why are you offering this?
We’re confident of our ability to save money for our customers – and we’re prepared to put our money where our mouth is!

With our low-cost fees and access to every deal currently available in the lender market, we’ve been able to consistently arrange great, money-saving deals for previous customers and would like to help more borrowers do the same.

What will I have to do?
Very little! Simply complete our online form and one of our mortgage experts we’ll be in touch. We’ll then call you (at a time convenient to you) to discuss your requirements and current circumstances, and we’ll search the mortgage market on your behalf to find a low-cost deal that saves you £££s.

If we’re unable to save you money (by reducing your monthly mortgage payments, helping you to raise cash at a lower interest rate than a loan, or consolidating debts), we’ll send you a £50 cheque.

We pride ourselves on providing ‘best advice’ for our clients – so if we can’t help you, we won’t advise you to remortgage unnecessarily, we'll just give you £50.

What if you can’t save me money?
Unfortunately there will be occasions where we are unable to help – maybe you’ve already got the best deal available, or perhaps you’re locked into your current deal for another couple of months. If so, we’ll advise you to stick with your current deal and enjoy the low monthly payments (and hope you get back in touch at a time when a remortgage is more suitable.)

All you’ll need to do is provide proof of your current mortgage payments (such as a bank statement), and we’ll send you the voucher – no quibbling, no fuss and no downsides.

Whatever happens, your finances will be in a better position than before you completed our form!

Terms and Conditions

  • UK residents only new mortgage loan amount must be above £100,000;
  • we cannot accept claims without proof of current mortgage payments (such as a bank statement, or written proof from your lender);
  • maximum of one £50 payment will be awarded per mortgage account;
  • claims will be awarded once we've completed an initial fact find and ran a credit check (however, we will not run a credit check without your prior consent);
  • the applicant must have paid a minimum of six payments on the current mortgage deal for the claim to be valid;
  • if a new, money-saving mortgage deal can be arranged within two months of the initial enquiry, the claim will be deemed as invalid;
