The More Group is a whole of market mortgage broker, specialising in arranging mortgages and remortgages for borrowers who are unable to find funding from mainstream/high-street lenders.

Because we are 'whole of market' we have access to the majority of mortgage deals currently available in today’s lender market, allowing us to research and arrange low-cost deals perfectly suited to your circumstances.

When you make an enquiry to regarding your mortgage, any advice we provide is free and carries no obligation whatsoever. If we are unable to arrange a cost-effective mortgage on your behalf (or if you have found a more suitable deal elsewhere), you won't be charged a penny and hope you consider us in the future.

If you do proceed with a mortgage via The More Group, when you make an application to the chosen lender you will be charged an administration fee of £150, and we may charge a broker fee of up to 0.75% of the mortgage loan once the mortgage has completed.

For example, if your mortgage loan is £100,000 the maximum amount we will charge you will be £750.

All fees are refunded if the mortgage does not proceed for any reason.

If you do not have any credit restrictions, we will search the entire mortgage market to find the best rates for your circumstances and requirements.

Even if you consider your access to credit restricted, because The More Group is a whole of market mortgage broker, we can regularly arrange mortgages for our clients at an overall cost for comparison of 7.8% APR. The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration.
